Jack's Cabin

This illustration was done as a preparatory excercise for a project in 3d. The concept behind the piece was the den of a small time hood during The Dustbowl. Half of the building has collapsed under the weight of dust. The damage has been hidden by sheets draped from the ceiling, and all the detritus of a carelessly led life is left strewn about. The image was done in pen and ink, marker, and Adobe Photoshop.
